Luigi caccia dominioni (1913 - 2016), rare and monumental mikado table lamp made for azucena, italy, circa 1963 it is one of the rarest and most scenic lamps by the famous italian architect and designer gardella. An elegant chrome-plated steel stepped neck rises from a stunning ziggurat-shaped granite base and supports a large frosted glass globe surrounded by a massive, rounded black enameled aluminum shade. With brass supports, surmounted by a needle spire. A refined, very elegant work, capable of imposing itself and giving character to the surrounding environment bibliography: g.
