Featuring a complex heraldic-style structure with rich scrolls, it features a central multi-pointed star in bright yellow on a cobalt blue background, framed by red and blue enamels. The back is engraved with the famous latin phrase "ars longa vita brevis" and the initials "mr · 02 ·".
