They use legally harvested camel bone.
You have to follow very strict rules and regulations for importing and manufacturing. It’s certainly not ivory or anything like that - that’s very illegal and not allowed nowadays. The boxes would contain a very small amount of legally harvested bone and most likely a high amount of resin which is a high grade plastic. Factories have to verify this with customs/ importing agencies and show proof before they leave India / enter the USA
