This striking original Art Deco sculpture depicts a graceful woman walking two sleek Borzois,a motif that exemplifies the elegance and glamour of the 1920s and 1930s. The figure is dressed in a flowing, patterned gown with motifs, characteristic of the Art Deco style, and her serene expression and confident posture add to the composition's sophistication. Crafted from patinated (spelter) metal, the figures are mounted on a richly veined marble veneer, enhancing the overall sense of luxury.
The face and hands are made of Ivorine colored after 100 years.
