Whimsical vintage mid-century modern figural bookends featuring whimsical stick-figure “reading man” forms. The articulated heads turn, adding a playful and interactive detail that enhances their sculptural presence.
Constructed of brass-tone sheet metal with bent steel rod legs and rubber feet, these bookends reflect the novelty desk accessories popular in the late 1960s–1970s. Lightweight yet stable when braced against books.
