The vase is formed from thick soda glass and features a distinctive symmetrical “labyrinth” pattern, often referred to by collectors as the “Tetris” design due to its geometric rhythm and modular structure.

Its heavy, architectural form reflects the bold design language associated with Czech glass production during the mid-20th century. Deep vertical channels and raised geometric elements create a strong play of light and shadow across the surface, giving the piece an almost sculptural presence.

The model is documented in Mark Hill’s reference book “SkLO – Czech Glass Design from the 1950s–70s” (p.138), confirming its place within the important tradition of Czechoslovak pressed glass design.
