Vintage, Venetian glass thumbprint design bowl by Elsa Peretti for Tiffany. leaf. 8 This would make a catch all bowl. It is in great shape, it has never been out of the Tiffany box and is unused.
Elsa Peretti was an Italian Jewelry designer and philanthropist as well as a fashion model for Halston. When she showed up at her fashion show in 1974, she would be wearing stunning modern jewelry that Tiffany contracted her to design for them. Her jewelry and designed pieces for Tiffany are shown in the 20th century collection for the British Museum, the museum of fine arts, Boston and Museum of fine arts, Houston. Tiffany still makes her designs. This one is an original vintage 1980’ s piece.
