Set of Six Antique Walnut Dining Chairs in the Louis XV Style
A set of six antique walnut dining chairs in the Louis XV style, defined by their softly curved silhouettes and hand-carved detailing. From the 1920-1930's
Each chair features a shaped backrest, cabriole legs, and carved ornament along the crest rail and apron. The walnut frames have developed a warm, natural patina over time, highlighting the quality of the material and craftsmanship.
The chairs retain their upholstered seats and backs, which show wear consistent with age, including visible staining. Reupholstery is recommended, offering the opportunity to tailor the set to a specific interior. Ideal for reupholstery in a contemporary textile.
A refined and well-proportioned group, suitable for both traditional and contemporary settings.
