This matching pair of authentic LC2 Petit Modele black leather armchairs originally designed by Le Corbusier, Charlotte Perriand and Pierre … Read more This matching pair of authentic LC2 Petit Modele black leather armchairs originally designed by Le Corbusier, Charlotte Perriand and Pierre Jeanneret in 1928 were manufactured in Italy by Cassina in 1983. The LC2 Petit Modele chair is compact, heavy and sturdy and deeply comfortable, with iconic tubular steel frame that cradles loose, oversized cushions. These chairs feature classic black top-grain semi-aniline leather upholstery with a polished chrome tubular steel frame and nickel-plated steel glides. All chairs bear Cassina logo, Le Corbusier signature and unique LC2 serial number impressed to chrome frame.

CONDITION
Excellent vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. Chrome frames are bright and clean with minor wear. Leather is soft and supple and nicely broken in with minor indentations, creases, rubbing, scuffs, surface marks and some longer surface scratches expected from typical use over time and as per photos.
