A stunning cabinet manufactured by Kalpe of California in dark espresso finish with beautiful solid brass Asian inspired hardware. The cabinet has a drawer above two doors. The interior has one shelf. This is both beautiful and versatile. The cabinet can be used as a side table, night stand, small credenza or accent storage cabinet.
This is also considered a vintage Chinese Ming-style wedding cabinet (or side chest), featuring a classic dark stain finish over wood and distinctive decorative brass hardware.The prominent circular brass medallion in the center serves as a symbolic focal point, often incorporating traditional Chinese characters representing shou (longevity), fu (good fortune), or double happiness. The top pull-out drawer is accented with a circular coin-style brass pull, while stylized brass corner plates protect and adorn the edges of the cabinet.
