The process was … Read more This painting was created during a period of intense emotional pressure, without a fixed plan or reference. The process was instinctive, driven by the need to release what could not be expressed in words.

The figure emerges through layered, expressive marks, holding a sense of tension and imbalance. The distortion of form and the surrounding patterns reflect a restless mental state, where thought and feeling become fragmented.

Rather than describing a specific moment, the work captures an internal condition , the weight of stress as it is experienced in the body and mind. Through the act of painting, the piece became a form of release, translating pressure into image.

Stress was exhibited at the Bonde exhibition (October 2025).
