The tall architectural frame is constructed from polished chrome with softly rounded upper corners and multiple clear glass shelves suspended within the open framework. The reflective chrome and transparent glass give the piece an especially light appearance while providing substantial display space.

The minimalist construction is strongly associated with the sophisticated chrome furniture of the 1970s and is closely related stylistically to designs by Milo Baughman and other American modern furniture designers of the period.
