It is a two-piece decorative item consisting of a patterned crystal glass shade with a scalloped rim and a delicate leaf motif on a pedestal base designed to hold a votive candle. The intricate leaf or fan like etchings on the glass provides a soft, diffused glow when illuminated from within.
