The Laxy is one of the brand’s most distinctive lounge designs, characterised by its lightweight bentwood frame, sculptural silhouette and exceptionally comfortable seat supported by a flexible mesh suspension system.

The frames are made from bent and stained wood. The original velour upholstery is preserved, including the upholstered armrests and headrests.

The set is stable and fully usable. It shows signs of age and use consistent with vintage furniture. The upholstery would benefit from cleaning or replacement and shows some localised staining and wear. One chair is missing a single screw securing the seat; this does not prevent the chair from being used, although replacing the screw is recommended.

A striking set of Danish Scandinavian design that, after some refreshing, would make an excellent addition to either a contemporary or vintage interior.
