Up for sale is an original c. 1930s architectural etching by listed French artist Émile LeRoi (1887–1944). Titled in the plate "Falaise - Rue de dessous L'Arche," this black-and-white print depicts a historic Normandy street scene with a Gothic archway. Pencil-signed by the artist in the lower right margin.
Professionally double-matted in a sleek metallic frame. The back includes the original department store framing label from "The White House Picture Dept. San Francisco."
