Full Description
This impressive American lithograph depicts the Great Seal of the United States, with a majestic bald eagle holding an olive branch and a bundle of arrows. Above the eagle appears a constellation of stars, while the national motto “E Pluribus Unum” is displayed across two flowing banners.
Produced by Andrew B. Graham Lithographers, Washington, D.C., the work is rendered in muted red, blue, green, gold, and sepia tones, with silver-toned metallic detailing accenting the arrows. The circular composition is surrounded by a broad decorative border and presented in a simple giltwood frame.
