This vintage Chinese porcelain charger plate measures 12 inches in diameter. Featuring a rich cobalt blue hand-painted or transfer design underglaze, the center roundel showcases dynamic twin dragons pursuing the flaming pearl, encircled by geometric border patterns. The outer register is filled with lively scenes of dancing Foo Dogs (guardian lions) and playful figures set against stylized floral motifs.
The reverse side reveals traditional floral sprays along the outer rim and an unglazed, aged foot ring showing authentic kiln wear and minor glaze imperfections characteristic of fine Asian export ceramics. In excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. An impressive centerpiece for display on a tabletop stand or wall collection.
