The artist renders the female form in full, generous volumes, balanced on a fine point at the base so the whole figure seems to rise and float. A warm brown patina with soft golden highlights flows along the polished curves, giving the piece its grace and quiet vitality. The upward sweep of the arms and the poised, weightless stance make this a study of movement and lightness.

"Winter" is one of four works in the limited-edition Seasons series, each sculpture a meditation on a single season. Cast in bronze using the lost-wax method and mounted on an integrated bronze plinth. Signed by the artist and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. A hand-cast, limited piece rather than a stock object.

This bronze sculpture was created by the artist Veaceslav Jiglitski and is signed by him. See less
