This exquisite antique Bavarian porcelain decorative bowl features a hand-painted motif of lush, soft peach and pink roses set against a moody, blended backdrop of sage greens, earthy grays, and warm blush tones.
The reverse side boasts a iridescent luster finish, and the base clearly bears the green underglaze LHR Bavaria mark alongside the script "Favorite" series stamp (L. Hutschenreuther / Favorite Bavaria, produced circa early 1900s–1920s). The interior artwork is artist-signed by the painter (appears to be "Crél" or similar signature near the lower rose stem).
Perfect as a Victorian or Art Nouveau centerpiece, vanity display piece, or addition to a fine fine china collection.
