This is a beautiful vintage Chinese Huali (Rosewood) box, featuring a classic design with two sliding lids. When opened, it reveals two separate compartments, making it perfect for storing tea, jewelry, or small keepsakes.
The most striking feature of this piece is the exquisite Mother-of-Pearl (MOP) inlay on the lids. Each lid depicts a serene Four-Armed Guanyin (Avalokiteshvara) seated on a lotus, painted in vibrant colors (green, yellow, red) and set against the warm tone of the wood.
