Elegant vintage reclining sleeping cat sculpture with a rich metallic antique-gold finish.
The cat is depicted curled peacefully with its paws tucked beneath its head and its rounded body forming a sleek, continuous sculptural silhouette. The simplified, elongated form gives the piece a distinctly mid-century modern / Hollywood Regency decorative character.
The surface has developed attractive age and handling wear, including fine scratches and areas where the metallic finish has softened or worn, adding dimension to the gold surface.
