Sierra Vista Ceramics was a mid-century California pottery company located in Pasadena, California. Established by Reinhold Lenaberg, who ran the business with his sons William and Leonard. Produced giftware, kitchenware, planters, and highly collectible novelty cookie jars from 1942 until the late 1950s. Known for whimsical, hand-painted, anthropomorphic mid-century pieces—like this piece.
