A gorgeous, curved sofa by Los Angeles-based designer Kim Salmela, known for handcrafted, made-to-order upholstery with a distinctive modern-glamour sensibility. This is the Coco sofa — deep diamond tufted back, sloped low arms flowing into a graceful curved silhouette, loose bench seat cushion, and slender tapered legs in a brass finish. Purchased new roughly 10years ago, this sofa has been well cared for.
Kim Salmela pieces are handmade and made-to-order in small runs, not mass-produced — each one is genuinely crafted rather than factory-line upholstery.
