Vintage Mexican sterling silver peanut pill box with a hammered, dimpled surface that reads like a real peanut shell.
Two-piece construction: hollow body and twist-off cap.
Interior of the cap is stamped MEXICO STERLING.
A classic mid-century Mexican figural, made to hold pills, tiny jewelry, or as a small objet. The texture is intentional and hand-worked, not damage. Nice weight in the hand for its size.
