The top of the chest has the name “S. Hartridge” hand painted on it. The chest top lifts to reveal a large opening with a smaller container on the upper right with 2 small drawers beneath it. The chest is well worn and has remnants of old rail shipping labels. The bottom of the chest is missing the rail of wood on the right causing the chest to sit slightly angled. It measures approximately 36 inches long and 20 inches deep. The left side measures approximately 20 inches tall and the right side 19-1/4 inches tall. The chest has scratches, chips, dings and wear. Some metal brackets and banding are raised and missing screws and nails. The lock is not functional. See less
