Absolutely stunning and unique folk art pottery vessel or vase with handles. This kind of looks like it was found at the bottom of the sea and has barnacles, shells and seaweed attached to it. Very cool! The top has a very small hole, so probably more of a decorative object than a flask or vase. The colours are earthy, brown, yellow and green glazed clay pottery. No real damage, just rustic. I believe there was an extra bit of clay snapped off on a clam shell, shown in photos.
