This is a wonderful example of early furniture craftsmanship, featuring striking quarter-sawn/tiger oak grain, serpentine drawer fronts, graceful legs, and ornate period hardware.

The wood grain across the drawer fronts is especially beautiful and changes subtly with the light. The large mirror tilts within its solid oak supports and has a decorative shaped and beveled edge. Four drawers all open with ease and feature dovetail joinery.

This piece has been carefully cleaned and refreshed while preserving its original finish.

This is an antique piece estimated from the early 1900’s and does show very minor age-appropriate wear imperfections consistent with its age. Please see photo of mirror showing a spot that is below the glass - there are a few small spots like this that are below/in the glass. The glass is not chipped or scratched in any way, drawers open easily and mirror detaches for transport. Excellent functional and cosmetic condition.

A gorgeous statement piece for a bedroom, dressing room, entryway, or historic home—and increasingly difficult to find with the mirror intact.
