Elegant vintage Mikasa lead crystal picture frame from the 1990s, featuring gracefully scalloped edges and sculptural frosted floral accents at the top and bottom. The substantial clear crystal beautifully catches and reflects the light, while the frosted detailing provides a striking contrast.
