This impressive pierce-carved medallion features a multi-dragon motif swirling amid stylized ruyi clouds and crashing waves. The complex design anchors at the bottom with a traditional architectural pagoda flanked by two auspicious, upward-leaping carp fish. Originally utilized as an indoor decorative window, transom insert, or structural screen wall element, this panel retains a rich, dark-lacquered body highlighted by authentic golden-bronze gilt highlights. A spectacular statement piece of Asian fine craft, perfect for modern global interiors as a focal wall hanging or shelf display.

Condition: Beautiful antique condition. The intricate openwork shows well-preserved, sharp details.
