Striking vintage Royal Haeger mid-century modern table lamp featuring a sculptural glossy black ceramic base and a unique double-tier fiberglass shade. Exceptional condition.

The ceramic base has a dramatic organic silhouette with a rich black glaze and retains its original Royal Haeger foil label. Above it sits a distinctive layered shade assembly: a cream fiberglass outer shade with abstract black, olive, and rust paint splatter, a tapered inner fiberglass shade, whipstitched hide-style edging, and a circular fiberglass top diffuser that conceals the inner shade framework.
When illuminated, the layered fiberglass construction produces a warm amber glow and beautifully emphasizes the lamp’s sculptural mid-century form.
The lamp uses a pull-chain socket and includes its original-style metal harp and shade hardware. The exposed lamp photos are provided to show the socket, harp, and construction clearly.

Condition: Exceptional vintage condition with very minimal age-appropriate wear. The glossy ceramic base presents beautifully overall, with one very tiny nick/chip to the glaze near the upper portion of the base (see photo 8). Metal socket and harp hardware show expected oxidation and patina from age. The fiberglass shade is in pristine vintage condition, is visually striking and structurally intact. Lamp works.
