The tall, elegant lamp body features an elaborate two-tone antique gold and bronze finish with a decorative crackle texture. Raised foliate and acanthus-style ornamentation continues throughout the column and onto the substantial three-footed base, which is finished with scrolling legs and beautifully molded leaf and shell-like details.

The orb has beautiful ivory, cream and pale golden striations and appears to be a separate stone or stone-like element rather than resin. It may be marble, onyx, calcite, alabaster or a similar material; because the exact material has not been confirmed, it is being described simply as a marbled orb believed to be stone.

Above the orb is a dramatic spray of individually formed embossed metal leaves. Each leaf has raised vein detailing and an antiqued gilt finish, creating a sculptural botanical or sheaf-of-wheat effect.
It is in excellent vintage condition, with very little apparent wear and a beautifully preserved decorative finish. Please review all photographs closely, as they form an important part of the description.
