Pair of armchairs, model 36/401, by Alvar Aalto for Artek (Finland), 1970s (designed in 1933). Birch plywood frame and vintage blue fabric upholstery. This version was produced in the 1970s. The chairs were reupholstered in both fabric and upholstery less than a year ago.
