this desk lamp is a spectacular icon of interwar czechoslovak industrial design and a premier example of the bauhaus style from the 1930s. This exceptional model was conceived by the visionary metalsmith, designer, and architect franta anýž. Its precision manufacturing was carried out by the renowned czechoslovak enterprise napako, and the piece bears the specific product number lh 016.

the lamp is crafted using premium materials of the modernist era – an elegant combination of chrome-plated steel and aluminum. It has been preserved in its original, very well-kept condition, featuring a natural metallic patina that lends it an irreplaceable, authentic character.
