Sculptural wall mirror from the 1970s, made from vivid orange molded plastic and designed with an integrated lower shelf.
The deep frame combines mirror and display surface within a single compact object. Its softened geometric profile and saturated orange finish reflect the experimentation with molded plastics that characterized Space Age interior design during the period.
The projecting sides flow into the lower shelf, giving the mirror an architectural quality while providing a practical surface for small objects. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for an entrance, bedroom, dressing area or bathroom.
The original plastic structure remains intact and shows scattered scratches and normal signs of age and use. The mirrored glass has been replaced.
