The long, low structure features a balanced layout with two doors on each side and four flat-front drawers arranged in the center. The square wooden handles are characteristic of the period. Each door opens sideways to a wide interior fitted with one adjustable shelf, offering practical storage.

The teak surface shows a warm orange-red tone with visible grain, developed naturally over time. The sideboard stands on slim tapered solid teak legs that were added later. This addition gives the piece a lighter appearance while keeping its original character.
