Historically developed to withstand harsh Nordic winters, traditional Swedish pile carpets, both the shaggy, long-piled *rya* or the shorter, denser *flossa*—yield a remarkably warm, highly textural handle that brings an organic, architectural softness to modern interiors. The layout is anchored by a deeply textured, luminous beige ground that proudly reveals the natural variations of the wool.
