Painter, draftsman, printmaker.
1917-20 Attended the Düsseldorf School of Applied Arts, later the Düsseldorf Art Academy
In Düsseldorf, Templin was part of the circle of Johanna Ey.
Actively participated in exhibitions from the mid-1920s onwards.
After World War II, he lived at Sittarder Str. 5 in Düsseldorf.
Templin primarily created landscapes, still lifes, and portraits.
