The sweeping lines of the frame give the chair a light and refined appearance, while the generous seat and high backrest provide excellent comfort.

The chair has been reupholstered at a later date in a rich golden velour fabric with a decorative floral pattern. The warm tone of the upholstery complements the honey-colored elm beautifully and gives the chair a distinctive, luxurious character.

A particularly attractive example of early Danish design, combining expressive organic lines with fine cabinetmaking and comfortable proportions. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
