made of teak, these chairs display the refined craftsmanship associated with møller’s work, with sculpted curved backrests, elegant tapered legs and particularly well-balanced proportions.

the chairs retain the original manufacturer’s stamp underneath:

“j l møller models – made in denmark.”

the set is in very good vintage condition. The wooden frames are solid and stable, with a warm and attractive patina.

the seats have been reupholstered at a later date in a brown patterned fabric and are therefore not original.

two chairs show a small and discreet restoration to the upper corner of the backrest, visible in the photographs. Minor signs of age and use remain, consistent with their period.

a highly decorative and authentic set of danish modern dining chairs, sold exclusively as a set of four.
