Small earthenware compote dish by H. Boulenger, a renowned French manufacturer in Choisy-le-Roi, Terre de Fer.
"Lyonnais" pattern, with decorative friezes around the inner and outer edges and the base depicting birds on flowering branches, in the typical blue-green color of Terre de Fer earthenware.
The base is stamped Terre de Fer, HB& Cie, Lyonnais, dating this piece between 1880 and 1910.
An elegant dish on a pedestal. An ideal decorative piece to showcase your fruits, desserts, and pastries.
Excellent condition, no chips or glaze cracks.
