Vintage petite upholstered rocking chair with matching ottoman, sold together as a set.
This charming traditional rocker features floral tapestry-style upholstery, a button-tufted back, rolled arms, decorative brass-tone nailhead trim, and a coordinating upholstered ottoman. Its smaller scale gives it the classic proportions of a nursing or nursery rocker, while the overall look also works beautifully as a reading chair, bedroom chair, or traditional accent piece.
The chair rocks smoothly and feels sturdy and comfortable. The underside shows traditional coil/spring construction that appears intact and solid.
The upholstery is in good vintage condition overall with age-related fading and wear. The front and upper areas show more fading from light exposure, while the back retains deeper original coloration. There are also a few areas of normal vintage fabric wear, all shown in the photos.
