The work features three figures gathered around a document-covered table within a richly detailed period interior. A partial signature is visible at lower right, and the ornate antique gilt frame retains an applied brass plaque marked “J. Taanman.” Previously cataloged at auction as a work by Jacob Taanman; attribution has not been independently authenticated by North Dane.

Canvas measures approximately 34.5” H × 24” W framed size approximately 46” H × 36.5” W.

Antique condition with craquelure, previous repairs, surface wear, and age-related losses to the ornate gilt frame. Please review photographs closely for condition. See less
