Provenance and History: the underside of the lower shelf retains a fascinating handwritten ink inscription detailing its heartfelt origin: “made by Joseph Novak (Joe II) about 1925 at 1421 Pueblo Pl. gift to his mother”, accompanied by a second signature reading Joe Novak II. This personal inscription firmly anchors the piece to 1925, highlighting its history as a meticulously crafted, one of a kind, family heirloom.
