Displaying an exquisite burr walnut patination.

The drop front desk has a central key hole that can be locked shut with the key provided to ensure the interior is safe.
The writing desk fall front is supported by a lower overhang to the front of the desk.

Inside the desk there are 6 spacious pigeon holes with a single storage drawer that provides plenty of space for all your writing essentials. The drawer is finished with a small drop handles.

The desk front has a wonderful oxbow shaped front, with three shaped storage drawers.
The drawers are finished with intricate floral drop swing handles.

Leading down this elegant ladies writing desk is proudly stood on four gorgeous Queen Anne legs, that is adorned with gorgeous shell carved knee caps.

This desk would fit perfectly as a workspace or simply a display piece, in a period styled living room, bedroom or home office setting.

Overall, this bureau is in good early 20th century condition, with general signs of use and veneer wear to the desk top (as photographed).
There are signs of veneer damage to the top of the bureau front, and to the front under the desk lid (see photograph).
There are signs of historical wood repair to the desk top (see photograph).
