Educational training display illustrating the operation of a diesel truck and trailer braking system. Mounted within a hardwood-framed case, the board presents a detailed arrangement of labeled mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components used in commercial vehicle braking systems. The display includes a steering wheel and column, brake control lever, motor brake assembly, pneumatic valves, pressure regulator, trailer control valve, brake cylinder, air reservoir, electrical-pneumatic control valve, coupling connection, and model wheels and tires. German-language labels identify each component and aid in understanding the relationship between the truck and trailer braking circuits. A side-mounted switch and electrical connection suggest the display was originally intended for classroom or technical instruction use.
