An exceptional, museum-quality hand-painted clear blown-glass art vessel by the highly influential, Italian-born American Neo-Expressionist artist Italo Scanga (1932–2001). Handcrafted and dated 1987, this substantial 12-inch conical vase stems from Scanga’s most celebrated creative window, heavily tied to his legendary collaborations at the Pilchuck Glass School alongside Dale Chihuly.

DESIGN & AESTHETIC:
The vase features Scanga's signature pan-cultural aesthetic, utilizing vibrant, stylized depictions of harvested food and geometric motifs.
