Elegant Meissen porcelain lidded cup and saucer from the Marcolini period (1774–1814), finely decorated with colourful hand-painted floral motifs. The delicate flowers and foliage are complemented by gilded detailing along the rims, while the lid is finished with a floral finial.
A beautiful example of late 18th- to early 19th-century Meissen porcelain, characteristic of the refined floral decoration produced during the Marcolini period. The underside bears the characteristic Meissen crossed-swords mark with star. This piece has an attribution mark,
