Mid-century architectural salesman sample produced for the Anaconda Company to demonstrate its Sealtite building insulation. The detailed two-story model house incorporates a cutaway section exposing the framing and insulation within the walls and roof, while transparent panels allow the construction materials to remain visible. Architectural details include painted clapboard siding, windows, entry door, pitched roof, and contrasting trim. The model is accompanied by its fitted wood carrying and display case, originally branded for Sealtite, allowing the demonstration model to be transported by sales representatives.
