There have been no restorations made … Read more Rare Josef Frank stool from the 1920's made from Beechwood with a walnut stain. There have been no restorations made to the wood or leather, they are both in very good condition. As you can see from the photos this stool is beautifully constructed with elegant forms that contrast with the leather straps. The pillow has been made new using a coconut pad, as found in the original pillow. We reupholstered the pillow with a textile from Rubelli. The design of the textile is from Luke Edward Hall and the pattern depicts a young Greek Antinous. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
