A striking and unusual Chinese porcelain vase featuring a classic Ge-type crackle glaze. The piece is modeled as a large central double-gourd, surrounded by six smaller, attached double-gourds. The entire vessel is covered in a pale beige glaze with a dense, intricate network of dark crackle lines. The base bears an impressed Chinese seal mark. A unique and sculptural decorative piece.
